Home Made 4 Life Frozen Dog/Cat/Ferret Pet Food:

Before placing your first order, please consult our listing of retail locations, found here. Note that if you live within proximity of one of our retail stores, we cannot ship to your home.

To establish your account with us, we need the following information:

First and last name
Billing address
Shipping address
Credit Card Number and expiration date (Visa/Master Card/AmEx only)
Your order! Please specify whether you want Dog Food or Cat/Ferret Food. Options for shipping carton sizes, minimum quantity, pricing, etc. can be found here.

The above information may be provided to us by email (sales@auntjeni.com), fax (301-702-1508), or telephone (301-702-0123), anytime 24/7. Our phones are answered in person between 8 am and 5 pm Eastern Time, Mon-Fri. Outside of those hours, information may be left on our automated answering system.

Orders ship the next shipping day after they are received. Regular shipping days are Mon, Tues and Wed each week unless there is a holiday.

Existing Customers:

Once your account has been established, we will retain your billing and shipping information on file. To re-order pet food, you have 3 easy options:

Brief telephone call (301-702-0123 or toll free 800-928-6853) anytime 24/7. Follow instructions on voice mail if calling outside normal office hours (8-5 M-F).
Brief email, which includes your first and last name and your order, anytime 24/7 (sales@auntjeni.com)
Fax your name and order to 301-702-1508 anytime 24/7.

Non-perishable Items:

Our full line of Enhance supplements, as well as our treats for dogs and cats, may be ordered directly through our website. Please visit the appropriate page of our site for the item(s) you are interested in ordering.
