The company made its first official sale of its flagship frozen food diet in April, 1999. At that time, we had just two recipes: Chicken, and Lamb. Since then we have added several more frozen food recipes, Raw Meaty Bones, dehydrated treats, and an entire line of all-natural supplements.
Absolutely! You can read more about her on the Who Is Aunt Jeni link.
From the beginning we have tried to be as environmentally friendly as possible in our manufacturing processes by using biodegradable cleaning agents, subscribing to wind-generated power and generally conserving resources to reduce our carbon footprint whenever and however we can.
We participate in our county's recycling program for paper, cardboard, glass, plastic and aluminum. Most of the "trash" we generate gets recycled instead of sent to the landfill.
We support small, local, organic farms by purchasing as much of our produce as possible locally.
We're also proud of our brand new packaging made from renewable and sustainable materials. This step has made us even more eco-friendly by helping to reduce both energy consumption and landfill space.
We are donating all proceeds from the sales of our item First Aid for Pets to local pet-related charities. We also participate in local events that support pet-related charities whenever possible. Do you work for or know of a great animal-related charity that you'd like to see Aunt Jeni's donate to? Let us know!
Mostly because those events are costly to attend, both in time and money. We would rather use our resources to keep on producing yummy stuff for your pets at the best possible prices. But we have been known to show up from time to time, especially if the event is "close to home" for us.
No. Our manufacturing facility is not open to the public; we are neither equipped nor insured for walk-in traffic.
