We ship frozen food orders via UPS or FedEx on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (excluding holidays) each week. Orders placed before noon on those days will be shipped the same day. Emergency shipments after Wednesdays can be done with upgraded shipping (2nd Day or Next Day). Please remember to notify us before you run out, to avoid last minute shipping emergencies!
In case of inclement weather: We may not always be aware of unusual or adverse weather conditions in your area that could affect the timely delivery of your order. If bad weather is in the forecast, please take that into consideration before placing an order for perishable products. Packages delayed due to Acts of God (including inclement weather) are not eligible for any reimbursement of charges for either shipping or product value.
If for some reason your package is delayed and the products are spoiled, please do not refuse the shipment. Customers who refuse UPS shipments will be charged the return shipping fee. We ask that you discard the contents yourself to avoid the return shipping fee. Notify us promptly of any shipping mishaps so we may do our best to assist you.
Orders of non-perishable items are generally shipped via US Priority Mail on the same day or next day after they are placed. In some cases we may choose to ship non-perishable orders via UPS Ground service instead. We do not charge for shipping on most non-perishable orders.
If an expedited shipping service (anything other than Ground) is selected, the charges calculated for these services by the online shopping cart may be prohibitive. We may be able to save you some money on your shipping charges if you place your order via email or telephone instead of ordering online.
